Take-Two Boss Comments on GTA VI Delay - Anticipates Growth & Record Revenues in FY25

Would of kept RDR2 alive today if they did, but they did not care about it. Even when you had a issue and told them about it they would just say some thing like were sorry your having a issue with GTA HAHA.

They just full of shit in the end and RDR2 was not bringing in the money as GTA so they said fck RDR2 let it die, even if RDR2 is a superior game to GTA.

Alive how? It's a single player story based game. Again, would the game be better with endless DLC?

I was on about the online part of the game.

100% agree, Red Dead Online could have been alot better but they started it on the wrong foot. I mean to begin with they made the store a necessity instead of there for people who wanted to buy due to time constraints. Pricing everything ridiculous at the beginning where is took too long to get anything was stupid. Now I understand from a perspective they couldn't make everything cheap, but come on the prices to get some guns were outrageous and took an eternity to unlock. They also were too slow adding more and more ways to rob, setup gangs, etc to the point it killed the game way to early. RDR 2 is one of the best games I have played and the online I had high hopes for, but they went straight for the wallet first instead of making sure the game was alot of fun online. Take Two is going to end up running themselves into the ground if they are not too careful, its only a matter of time before all that good will wears out. Plus there is no telling if GTA VI's GTA online will be enough fun to keep people as interested or if its too similar to the past one.

I own pretty much every thing in the game and not spent extra dime on it. But yes they did not release more way to make money and just ran endless bonus's BS every month or so, were GTA5 got a hell lot of attention over the same years.

GTA6 will help they a hell lot it's their cash cow, over the years they have 100% proved that even more so to people who play RDR2 Online. Online part was just a BS try to make more money to see if it makes like GTA did.

Yea they eventually did fix that but man it took awhile and then they just kinda decided it was not making enough so lack of support. The money problem really was a major issue with RDR Online and I believe led to it being killed off (With the lack of variety of things to do). Still sucks but I felt it had so much potential. I still played it quite alot as well but never got that far.

I know it will make money, I just mean in the long term if people start getting bored with it or if they start it off too difficult to do anything without buying 'Shark Cards'.

I've never seen anyone finish a GTA game, ever. I also haven't seen anyone play GTA for anything other than fooling around. This says a lot to me. Personally, I'm not much into the "thug life" feeling anyway.
theres something to this. ive not finished any gta I played. gta 5 is all over the place and have never connected to the story

im playing gta4 now and ive gotten to some missions where I just keep dying so now I use mods for cars and other things and just drive around manhatten, and run people and cops over as its fun to see how far up in the air I can get them with a hit. blood all over the front /hood. its just hilarious. surely I know right/wrong. game/real world

one guy I just car jacked says "hey I need this care to get p**** ". the content on some radio stations is hilarious. racism, sexist etc. its hilarious

its hilarious the amount of illegal and immoral things you can do.

yea, I wont be buying gta6. if someone complains and pays, then theyre shooting themselves in the foot.

Yeah, all those things are just not for me. I don't see the appeal. Maybe the issue is with me, but GTA and I were not made for each other.

no issue with you buddy. maybe the issue is with us who are happy to do horrible acts in a game hahaha

If GTA VI is crap or even underwhelming, the company is toast.

Nah, I think they are scared about that Half-Life 3 summer release rumour.

From a quick glance at that article, the lay-offs were for a $50m cost reduction.... LMFAO so these greedy B*****S could have had $22M and kept all staff on but no, $72M in compensation/bonuses between 2 execs after people losing their liveliehood is F'n crazy man

I won't be buying it out of principle
I won't either, RDR2 settings changed constantly even with locked files and and lock permissions, their software acts as a virus, specially Rockstar Launcher, most intrusive Launcher I've seen and was not classified as malware. RDR2 was last game I bought from Rockstar is a promise.
