The ASRock 4X4 BOX-AI350 Mini-PC delivers performance and flexibility. Equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor featuring a 50 TOPS NPU, it can handle general computing tasks and casual gaming via the Radeon 860M iGPU. It also offers full support for Copilot+, making it an interesting option for those interested in the latest features.

Good review!

Not bad for the price. Could have done with a few USB2.0 ports in the back and a few more USB3 ports, but still a solid offering.

This really shows some graphic cards hardly have any use these days.

CPU wise I can not determine anything. My notebook with ryzen pro 4650u is very bad. It seems the hole charts are full with notebook cpus.

I prefer some desktop processors included in the charts to see some comparison values

Depends on usage. This is NOT an APU made for someone who wants a little bit more graphics performance.

The 860G has only 8 CU's, which makes it about as fast as the three year old 680G (12 CU). I think it's more focused around power efficient CPU cores. For a mini desktop you might as well check out some older Phoenix/Hawk point models, chances are they have lower price anyway, better availability, or more models to choose from.

APU's in short (up to) - No, I'm not talking about Fire range of Dragon range. Please leave them out of the discussion lol

Ryzen 6000: 8 Zen3+ cores, 12 x RDNA2 "Rembrandt" (2022)
Ryzen 7000: 8 Zen4 cores, 12 x RDNA3 "Phoenix" (2023)
Ryzen 8000: 8 Zen4/C cores, 12 x RDNA3 "Hawk point/2" (2024), about the same as Ryzen 7000 above.
Ryzen 200: 8 Zen4/C cores, 12 x RDNA3 "Hawk point/2" (2025), a rebadge.

The introduction of the AI 300 series breaks this pattern in specifications. You need to pick a 12 core model to get a IGP with more CU's than earlier. (Disregarding graphics clock speed and improvements even though they do make a difference)

Ryzen AI 300: 12 Zen5/C cores, 16 x RDNA 3.5 "Strix point/Krackan point" (2024/2025).

Then there's Strix halo for those who want more graphics performance.. if it's worth it.
