Can’t use TS on Legion 5i 14650hx 4060

I have went through the setup guides, successfully changed settings in advanced Bios (which was microcode 125, now is 12e per Lenovos latest) Windows virtual disable, etc etc.
When I open Throttlestop the options to change or use it are greyed out and unavailable.
Am I out of luck or missing something?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The FIVR window shows Locked. The BIOS is locking the CPU voltage control register.

Did you disable CFG Lock and Overclocking Lock in the BIOS?

I have got into the advanced Bios, found a overclocking and undervolt disable setting, but there is no CFG Lock setting to be found.

Update: Omg, actually found the settings hiding under a different section, thanks!!
