How are the RX 7600 temperatures?

Hello. I bought the Sapphire RX 7600 Pulse about 15-20 days ago. When I go into Witcher 3, the card goes up to Boost Clock (2755) according to the website. Temperatures are as I left below.

I measured the room temperature at about 30-31 degrees. When I fix the clock speed via MSI Afterburner to the game clock (2355) shown on the website, the temperatures drop to around 65 normal 75 hotspot. Naturally, the fan speed drops to the 1300-1500 rpm range. Are these temperatures normal?

Given the already high ambient temp, things look about right. The delta from core to hotspot is mildly concerning at a blistering 18°C but still checks out. Maximum delta I'd be comfortable with is 20. Fixing clocks and a small negative voltage offset might be enough to keep things well under control under prolonged loads if you care to tinker.
