AAF Optimus Modded Driver For Windows 10 & Windows 11 - Only for Realtek HDAUDIO Chips

Hello, I am having issue using this audio driver with dolby audio premium in apple music desktop when playing dolby atmos just adjusting the audio volume it put to the left channel

Dolby Digital Live or DTS Interactive.
EDIT: uninstalled everything again from apps and not just using driver explorer and I see DTS 5.1 now. Thank you!

What has been fixed sir?
Just some changes in the driver INF and tweaks to avoid the Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio issue of playing only the left channel.

@AAF Optimus
Hello,
I'm currently using Windows 10 22H2 Build 19045.5965 (newest available in my region) with a Realtek ALC256 chipset.
I've installed the latest 9840 version of your driver, as well as 9838, 9828 and 9823 - none of them worked when it came to the 'Microphone boost' option in Realtek Audio Console / Windows Control Panel.
However, the (last and latest) 9655 version from the (now defunct) AAFOptimusDCHAudio-Realtek repository works just as intended, as well as including an equalizer, loudness equalization, voice cancellation and pitch shifting under the Sound Effects category in the Realtek Audio Console (a screenshot of which I've attached).
It would be nice if I could get some information about the lack of those features in the new driver and possibly a fix to the driver's Microphone boost option in the next update.
Thanks

still the same problem bro but it got fixed when using the apo on this vb cable exectly.
Is there any solution to this problem that only appears when listening to Atmos content? The problem appears on all headphones, whether they have a 3.5 jack or USB.

I will review the driver policies.

i dont think its about the aaf driver. cause even when i get Dolby DAX API Service with (apo dirver app) and use it with FX Configurator The problem is still there

This happened to me when I installed sound unbound/dtsx with dolby atmos. You have to choose one. You either get dts or atmos but not both.

Yeah I'm using only Dolby. The problem have something to do about Dolby api service cause it appears even when I'm not using AAF driver

I also get problems after experimenting with other mod drivers. Some leave residues that are interfering with currently installed drivers. Try DDU to uninstall audio drivers especially if you have installed something from steel series and even if you didn't just try to run uninstaller for both steelseries and realtek just to be sure, before installing new audio driver. And also, turn off internet connection during the uninstallation and installation process. Windows might mess it up by sneaking in their own drivers when your internet connection is on.

It didn't solve the problems. I did as you told me but it didn't help. (The only solution is to use apo on vb cable. only on cable in 16ch idk why or disable virtual surround on dolby settings but this misses the point of Atmos)

Unfortunately, the problem still exists The sound is mostly left-centered.. Isn't there any way to modify the Dolby Access application to add a dynamic profile and improve the Atmos quality without the Dolby Services driver?

Dolby Atmos won't turn on when i connect bluetooth devices after installing the program, after removing all intel and realtek related drivers. how do i fix:

Also mic, isn't working. maybe i wasn't supposed to kill all my laptop's intel SST drivers, intelligo, and even the audio bus on the motherboard before installing?

Dolby Panoramic conflicts with the Sound Settings in Windows - > Advanced - > Signal Enhancement (with Audio Enhancement enabled) turned off, and when this feature is turned off, Dolby Panoramic is enabled.

Dolby ATMOS conflicts with the Sound Settings in Windows - > Advanced - > Signal Enhancement (with Audio Enhancement enabled) turned off, and when this feature is turned off, Dolby ATMOS is enabled.
Sorry, my English is not very good, this is translated。

Hello, I've installed version 9828, trying to get Realtek ASIO to work with no success, all my Voicemeeter inputs and outputs were renamed to something standard as "Speakers" and can't remember what the inputs were, but I couldn't tell anymore which input/output was what, AND in Realtek Audio Console all the sound devices are showing up, even my monitors (as in, everything that's not even realtek), I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling voicemeeter fixed the voicemeeter inputs and outputs but I'm still stuck with all those devices showing up in Realtek Audio Console, how can I prevent them from showing up?
Thank you!

In fact, the Realtek Audio Console, in the most recent versions, now supports basic management of other devices (HDMI Output, for example).
Dolby Atmos won't turn on when i connect bluetooth devices after installing the program, after removing all intel and realtek related drivers.
Unfortunately, I have not been successful in enabling Dolby Atmos for Bluetooth/USB devices.

Intel SST, depending on the hardware used, provides some functions and microphone endpoint independently.

look in device manager if you have correct driver (aaf) for sound device. then go windows store and disable auto update for apps. And maybe check antivirus. some antivirus detecting aaf as malware.

the driver (AAF Family DCH Audio) is present in the device manager and it's in use, i disabled auto updates and reinstalled dolby settings but it still gets stuck on boot. nothing shows up in the antivirus. i also tried clean installing older versions with no success. moreover, while checking in driver store explorer two drivers are present under "Extensions": 6.hdxext_dolbyatmos.inf and 4.hdxext_realtekapo2.inf, both show driver version 0.0.0.0
