Sapphire Atomic HD 3870 Reviewed

The one that you saw on the foto aint the card ofcourse! it s just an inpression of 1 card with the power of 2:rockout: and if you want to do it in a SFF lol nope this card is only for high tower i think and people who want a real computer don t buy a SFF but get a Stacker 830 or some kind of high tower

Guys guys guys, listen ATI is going to pull the same trick as Nvida in the beginning of this new year. Everybody still can remember the single card with SLI on it ?? The Nvidia 7950 GX2.
So ATI will launch the HD 3870 X2 ATI will call it or something in that direction. The card wil have 1 GB of GDDR 4 memery and it will be clocked on 750 MHZ this card will held 2 graphic processors and think about a Quad 3870 oee laaa laaa.

One world of advise wait for this card and don t buy OCing crap of the HD 3870.
We don't know if the 3870 X2 will be any good. What if it has a lot of bugs and issues?

Plus, the X2 will have a much higher premium over one single 3870. This means not everyone will be able to buy it (and not everyone will want/need to buy it anyhow, if you're playing a 1280x1024, why get anything better than a 3850/3870? The extra memory won't help much, and the speeds will make the biggest difference, while two GPUs won't be stressed out much).
Oh, and people who want a real PC CAN buy an SFF, Shuttle's SFFs have enough space to fit an 8800GTS inside (a tight squeeze for a GTX/Ultra, but I've heard it's about doable), and some of the P35 based ones are nice overclockers. I keep contemplating moving from a tall tower to just a small Shuttle system. My 3850 would fit easily enough inside the case, for one, and my whole system would continue to run well enough anyhow.

That is always the question ofcourse, well i we look back at the 7950GX2, the cooling just sucked nothing to say anything els about it. I think because it will be a High-End card only special versions wat Watercooling wil be launched only and Ati will test is very well for buggs, they can t make ATI also crappy as what hey did with the Phenomchipset.
