look at it this way - once Micgoogahoo is behind the reins of the software empire; you'll only have to make a payment to one company instead of a ton of individual companies . . .
. . . granted, you'll have to take out a second mortgage, sell your kids, donate a kidney, outsource the methlab, smuggle some aliens . . . but you'll at least have only one payment.
