    Yeah, i love ocean proximity ,puts stuff in to perspective .Other thing is night sky but due to light pollution not as efective. Maybe i should move to the country side ?

    I gave Warcraft III and its mod DOTA a couple of times but matches always ended up being so rancid people in my team quit playing or started trolling, tried Operation 7 (kr game) and it was acceptable until cheats came out and everyone began using them, unplayable, not sure anyone normal still plays that game, other shooters became more popular, like Battlefield. (...)

    (...) 99% players in my region are insufferable pricks and incel neckbeards that make playing literally any game that has local dedicated servers an awful experience, and picking any other server causes my ping to be over 9000, literally, I only have a 1Mb connection so there's not much to do here other than waiting for months for precious singleplayer games to download.

    Warcraft 3 and DOTA days :D I was 14 or something at the time and I remember the flaming, kicking people from games, etc.
    But I also remember the fun. It was literally endless. And yes you need elephant skin online. Sure. IMHO easier than the real world where people have gotten much better at lying in your face. Online you can just say you see through it, and most of the time, you'd be right.

    have shut down 100 system processes in win11 without destabilizing the system.
    107 instead of over 200 in normal operation. lean as ever, fast as a greyhound at startup. :rolleyes:

    and the picture above is not mine. i personally am not tired of life... and i don't get into a vehicle that is speeding down the autobahn at 300 km/h at night...
    the only vehicle that I would enjoy at this speed is the TGV from my hometown to Paris!
