That little yellow thing there on the left below the little voltage bolt is it......

I have it at 100% in AB but for the 1.20V i need to mess with the voltage curve in AB

Yeah reading through the the OC.net thread you have to use AB and use the settings posted to make sure voltage control is unlocked. Other comments suggest you have to use the voltage curve to actually control the voltage.

The voltage is unlocked.

But when running Heaven crash almost at the end of the test, or i am doing something wrong or the card wont go above that, i will wait for the guy who was helping and ask him, at least at 2088MHz don't crash.

Update

I am such a looser,
i forgot to do this step: Driver Uninstall Tool, (DDU)do this after flashing a BIOS, then reinstall the latest driver.

So...... raise it? The slider?

That was the reason why my card was crashing at 2100, the voltage slider i don't need to touch it and in AB the only thing i have to set is the voltage curve.

Impressive results, i might look into flashing the XOC bios as my 1080ti ftw3 is also under a waterblock, Nice clocks!

So I spent a bit of time reading through those two threads (the 1080ti owners and bioses for 1080ti that you linked) at oc.net, albeit I haven't gotten through all of them. I noticed a lot of discussion saying that performance wasn't scaling all that much with the xoc bios and the increased clocks to a certain degree. Have you been able to run some comparison benchmarks between the bioses with clock differences as well to see if you are actually gaining performance?

So far the only benchmark i ran was Heaven, honestly i flashed it just for fun and to learn something new.

Old thread but I'm wondering, has the new nvidia 425.31 driver increased the pascal voltage limit? I've just noticed in afterburner the MV chart has gone all the way to 1250 now? (I'm using the default BIOS not OC one on my ftw3 dt)

EDIT: Tested again and didn't work, never mind.

nice oc clocks... not meaning to hijack this thread but i was always wondering why other achieve 1.093 when my gaming x trio goes max 1.062mv under oc... temps never go above 60c...?

I didn't play around with mine too much but I got to 2138mhz/5508mhz (core OC from 1911 and memory stock)
Just running the XOC bios now (thanks for the link you had sent in this thread) and it's working awesome! Shame I can't see the VRM sensor temps etc though along with power consumption
unknown.png

I had also ran unengine and it had quite a reasonable gain
