12700H PL2 Limit@115W

Hi,
As the title states, my 12700h is running into a power limit of 115W while running cinebench r23. Temperatures are acceptable once the fans ramp up and its not an issue. I'm seeing a red PL2 in reasons. Is there any way that I can remove this limit? Please advise and thank you!

power limit of 115W

Many laptops use an embedded controller (EC) to set turbo power limits. ThrottleStop can control the MSR and MMIO power limits but if the EC power limit is set lower, the EC limit will be in control of your CPU. It looks like your laptop has set a 115W EC power limit. I do not know how to over come the EC power limit.
