All I've found are the ones that comes with the Aerocool or Red Scorpion fans. Tried!

I believe Thermaltake and Yate Loon both have 140mm fans, in case you'd prefer one of those brands.

Have you considered fabricating one yourself? I bet you could put something simple together out of PVC or something similar.
