card 2 is much easier, as its a GF106 so its a GTS 450 with 1GB elpida ram

getting 'falcon in halt or stop state' in NVFLASH which i have never seen before

they're similar but not the same... the display outputs are DVI-I, VGA, HDMI which might be the difference

I checked on the TPU database, and found a similar match. This GPU is possibly a GF116, deciding from its capacitors and a little string of code(1149A1 on the right corner). I also checked ZOL.com (one of the largest IT info network in China), this may be GTX 560M's chip since you mentioned that its name is "Toshiba Qosmio X775" and something something. But it's weird that a laptop chip appearing on desktop boards.

Both of these GPU's had BIOS locks prevent flashing requiring an SPI flashing tool
They have been gutted and the heatsinks stolen for terrible ghetto cooling mods


- i was hoping they'd be more fun to repair, but the second card wouldnt even POST reliably with artifacting
