I recently reformatted my machine and installed drivers 555.85. My 3060 does not ever downclock, stays at 2000 MHz always. What setting do I need to change to get this thing to idle again? I have manage 3D settings in NVidia Control Panel set to Default, Power Management Mode in that is set to "Normal", only other option is high performance. There isn't a lot installed on this computer right now. Windows Power Mode is "Balanced".
I am running Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 10.0.19044.
I installed MSI Afterburner to set the undervolt I normally run, however does not appear to make a difference, as if it is disabled it still sits at 2000 MHz.
Uninstalling afterburner, still 2017 MHz shown in GPU-Z. Edit: reboot after uninstall of AB seems to have finally corrected behavior, but if thats the case, I am not sure how to run my custom curve in afterburner and still get idle performance...
Edit: Seems to be an issue with the latest MSI Afterburner 465, using old version 464 with custom curve, now I have no problems.
