Let me drop the ball here, and instead recommend the drivers 573.23, which are still the best for the 50x0 series.
 
3080ti on the same level as 5080 and Arc B580... better wait for user reviews and performance testing by others I suppose

The ray tracing is different depending on the gpu vendor; they said they're going to fix it.
