Note software-based RAM diagnostic tools are good, but none are 100% conclusive. They may report no problems yet the RAM still fails when in use.

However, if they report any errors, even one, the RAM is bad.

What you need to do first, since you have two sticks, is test them separately and hope you can isolate the problem to just one stick.
 
i don´t know if it´s showing correct speed of ram or xmp enabled ?
ya could try running 2133mhz
