4890 HDMI help

Hey Guys!

Every time I try to use the DVI to HDMI adapter I get this black edge border on my monitor and TV. See pic..

How can I fix it?

I'm using CC v9.10

try enable scaling then move slider to fit screen,You first need to enable check off the HDTV NTSC timings.I would post a pic but my RCA is no more on crt tube made by Sony and labeled DELL

Hey your using a Vizio ,What is the model of that TV,I hear some good things about them.Your thoughts,Only ask because looking to purchase a new TV here soon .
