4890 memory volt modding needs to be tried out

I need more beta testers. As 4890s use a VT1165 to control memory voltage, I implemented memory voltage modding capability for this card. Please try it out.

Will the 5850 also get this possibility in future RBE releases since the 5850 also got a VT1165 controller?

Nope, 5850 has no dedicated memory programmable VRM.
