I'm looking for the original bios for my card as described below. I flashed to a different bios and wrote over by backup copy of the original.

I've tried most of the ones listed on this site but none of them seem to be the correct version. If anyone has this card and can upload or send my the bios it would be much appreciated or link me to somewhere I could find it. Thanks.
