I see a couple of issues. Your CPU is getting up to 95°C and thermal throttling. Have you ever disassembled your laptop to clean it out and replaced the thermal paste. That can help.

The 8550U is a low power CPU with a 15W TDP rating. When setup properly it might be able to play some games but if gaming is important to you, it is not the right laptop for the job.

Your computer is not enabling Speed Shift Technology in the BIOS like it should be doing. You need to check the Speed Shift box in ThrottleStop so this is enabled. After you do that and press Apply, you should see SST light up in green on the main ThrottleStop screen which confirms that Speed Shift is actually enabled.

For the EDP OTHER throttling issue, try setting Power Limit 4 to 0 in the TPL window.

If you want maximum CPU performance, why is Disable Turbo checked? These CPUs run twice as fast when that is not checked. If your cooling problems are so bad that you have to disable turbo boost and cut your CPU performance in half, it is definitely time to open up your computer and fix the real problem. Poor cooling.

How to change my tel value to 0 to 4,please help me,and what else should I tweak in this to prevent edp other throttling
