Hmmm. not a bad deal at all for someone making a new rig.

edit: the 9600GT has 64 stream processors... is that normal? it just seems low.

yup but the 9600 is a crazy good performer iv had excellent tests with them.

yeah luke has one, its performance was always pretty good and i've seen you can get them half height now... i'm helping a friend build a matx half height rig similar to a dell, but with a 9600GT, 4GB ram and an E8500 =D

Thats a nice deal indeed. The 9600GT is a damn good performer, my friend has one and runs everything nicely.

solaris: unfortunately newegg doesnt ship so well to australia, so no go on the deal

it'll be one hell of a fun rig, almost like a laptop without the integrated keyboard and screen.

i havent heard much about their warrente etc. but iv seen people who have had them and hey absolutely love them. caintech is a small brand did you know that upto 06 they used to make mobo's but i think its because their a small company that they seem to try alot harder i havent seen any bad reveiws on their products and from various news storys and reviews it seems like they design and build their stuff carefully testing it etc.....like they take mroe prde in their stuff tha some of the other compays
