I have a Radeon 4350 card and GPU-Z shows a couple of inconsistencies. First, the card is passive cooled (it has no fan), and yet GPU-Z shows a fan speed of 24% (and also --RPM which is correct). This fan speed indicator has no purpose because I know there is no fan installed. Also, in the main screen, the bus interface alternates every 5 seconds or so (as shown in the screenshots) between x16 and x16 2.0. Why is it doing this?

The card itself most likely has a bios on it that will control a heatsink/fan when connected, hence it shows up in GPU-Z.

The switching from 1.0 to 2.0 could be a power management thing. To keep this from happening go to the Screen Saver option-->Power Management--> Turn off PCI-E power management.
