a good popup blocker

can anyone think of a good one that works and doesnt need to to push shift everytime i want to open a new window?

I use two free programs and NEVER have had any trouble..

avast! Virus protection

and for everything else:

Spybot S&D.

I have all other security features except the firewall disabled in Vista.
