A new setting with latest driver is active, but is greyed out...

Today i installed latest driver for my rtx 2080 laptop video card.And in the bottom line a new setting appeared-Adjust video setting.The problem is ,Edge enhancemenet and noise reduction is greyed out,only RTX video enhancement is active.
Why Edge enhancemenet is greyed out?And why is appeared in list, if i cannot use it ?Very interesting....

Internal display seems to be connected to Intel or AMD integrated graphics, and the RTX 2080M is operating in headless mode. If your laptop has a MUX switch, enable it so the internal panel is routed directly to the NVIDIA GPU, this will unlock all options in the Control Panel. Otherwise, use Intel or AMD's video enhancement features.

Try restarting system then come back

nothing happend after restart.Option is still greyed-out.i don t understand nvidia logical...
i m just curios if others with nvidia laptops have the same problem as mine with the new 556.12 driver

Try playing a video, it does mention that before adjusting settings that could be it unless if the cp needs to be launched as an administrator...
