Yeah, Full Arrays should minimise it but they still work the same way, punching light out. I own an OLED TV panel and did my research.
Tbh, I think it's one of those things you notice more if you're a videophile.

Its a panel implementation issue

Asus PA32UC-K using FALD and 384 zones

Backlight control seams slow (to dim) responsive causing a trail that shouldn't be there

I wouldn't expect a Ferrari product, the quality control with AUO's WQHD panels was terrible.

Edit: 4:2:2 to achieve 144hz? Throw this in the trash :laugh:.

For 4:4:4 and uhd 144Hz one would need to use two dp1.4 cables, there's no enough bandwidth on single cable.
