I restarted my pc today twice and got a bsod that said Bios acpi not compliant. I have had this bios version for 10 months. I hit the reset on the mobo and it started and is running fine. What gives?

if you didnt change a thing on bios it shouldnt appear, except maybe the bios battery goes weak
Just recheck your bios how is the default
my friend rig act the same thing few months ago and it solved by changing the acpi setting

Just a guess but-- It's possible something relating to the ACPI was changed in windows which either corrupted the ESCD or made the BIOS's ACPI settings incompatible with Windows.

I wouldn't give it too much thought unless it happens again.
