Hello friends. I have a problem with ACPI.sys for NT. This driver has caused audio interruptions. I searched for a lot of information and found a lot of people with the same problem, some posts almost 10 years old! I tried all the updates, tried settings through the device manager, until I deleted the driver that is reinstalled when restarting the machine. Well, nothing worked. My old HP, i3, 4GB ram, WIN10, is not ok and in a post I found on Youtube, a user indicated Throttlestop to solve the problem. I downloaded and installed version 9.5 of Throttlestop, but I can't configure it in a way that can help me. Has anyone solved this problem or would have a good setup for that, or any ideas? Thanks from Brazil !

Post some pictures of ThrottleStop so I can see what CPU you have and so I can see what settings are available for your CPU.

An old i3 laptop processor with only 4GB of ram might struggle to run any modern audio software without some audio interruptions.

Hi Uncle, thank you very much for your feedback. Here are images to make it clearer what is happening and the current settings of my machine and ThrottleStop:

this is the problem. And the worst: LatencyMon shows this latency even when I'm not running any application!

My notebook, now running a WIN 10 Pro. The system is up to date and I have tested other versions of the ACPI.sys driver and the problem is the same. Without running any software, believe me?

Anyway, thank you for your attention and time with this issue! Here are the current ThrottleStop settings:
