Hello every one whos reading this so i got this big problem now. I have RX 460 nitro gpu i did unlock it with extra shaders everything was fine until recently i tought i will flash it to RX 560 bios so i tried first i flashed it to saphire single fan bios and my msi afterburner did not work(i couldnt set my temp limit, power limit, clock speeds and voltage) so i tought i will use THRIXX and Wattman but THRIXX did not work too and Wattman worked but fans didnt so i had to use msi afterburner for fans to work. But there were some glitches stuttering etc. and i tought ill try to use diffrent bios so i tried asus bios problems remain last of all i tried xfx bios but at some where around that time everything got really wrong. I opened gpu-z it couldnt read pixel filterrate and texture fillterrate and of course clock speeds. So i tought it will be driver problem i unistalled drivers with ddu and reinstalled them and used pixel patcher but problem remained so i tought ill just reflash to my stock bios and i did but the problems remained, i did everything driver reinstall, even tried to go back to RX 460 unlocked bios but same result. So i tought maby its windows problem. I reinstalled windows just one thing changed now i can use msi afterburner for voltage changes but nothing else, Wattman too same problem fans are not spinning and when i did use msi afterburner for fan use i tried to play games but now my temps are getting too high almost 90c even with fans spinning at 100% so when temps got past 85c i got crashes. Of course gpu-z still showing same thing no fillterrates and no clock speeds. I hope i havent damaged my gpu or sensors by any means with bios flashing, so if anything i just really hope i can fix this problem because i really dont want to buy a new gpu.

Unless you made a backup of your original or modified bios all I can offer is, don't play with what you aren't OK losing.

You might try seeing if your sticker on the card will get you the right model and revision for a BIOS out of the list.

You may have killed the card. The differences between brands (PCB design, voltage controller used, etc) can cause major issues or provide improper voltage to parts of the card, resulting in damage. BIOS flashing on a GPU is something where you need to check things like the voltage controller used, memory type, etc, and if you do not, these issues can occur.

So, the best idea here is that hopefully you have original BIOS on card right now. If possible, try it in another machine. If not, try to completely remove all driver and registry entries for this card, along with all of the utilities you may have installed to adjust votlages/fans/etc, reflash BIOS once again (preferably outside windows if possible), and see what happens. if that fails, then the card might be dead.

Oh, but there is one thing to look at... what is the size of the saved BIOS original BIOS file?

Ok i will try that to delete everything and will try to install origional bios outside windows and will replay asap. About my original bios file it weighs 256kb or too be precise 262,144bytes.

Go get a spi flasher

Well i even dont know what that is but i did google it and i see what you are getting at do you really think it will fix my problems?

If you know how to operate it yes.

You'd be better off hiring a trusted member if you don't though. Without endorsing anyone in particular, if you can't get it to work any other way, I reflash cards in the USA like this for about $30.00. You may find it cheaper/more expensive (and less/more trustworthy depending) elsewhere.

I just did what you said so i unistalled every thing but when i got to dos i typed atiflash -i and it said adapter not found so i tough maby i have damaged my primary pci slot so i switched it to x4 slot but nothing still adapter not found. So im thinking about the other thing you said to try it in different system well i dont have different desktop but in this weekend ill go to friends house and try it there then ill update my progress.

Well thanks for suggesting but i cant send you my card because i live in ireland and shipping will cost me twice as much that you ask for flashing so all together im better with new card which would cost about the same or better yet find specialist here who can do that for me.

By the way what could be the problem that it shows about adapter not found thing?

If the GPU or memory does not work, or bios is corrupt

Well thank you all for your suggestions but my problem fixed its self. So yesterday i was surfing trough my pc, i went for a smoke and came back to my pc and it started updating(creators update), so i waited for it to install and then when i booted up my pc it showed some problems with driver, something like amd radeon settings are currently unavailable so i tought ohhh s... of course i reinstalled drivers and then my problems was magicly fixed dunno why but it just did fix it self. Then i understanded why it occured cause when i flashed my bios it was still OC on my msi afterburner startup settings i did turn OC off but forgot about startup all the time clock speed were 1360mhz core and 2000mhz memory plus 100mv voltage so i think that is way my problems occured. So thanks everyone again for support and good day to you all.
