Me and my mates have the same issue from new season update.
Msi afterburner is working correctly but no overlay shows on screen and fps cap in riva tunner is the only thing not working correctly.

It's blocked by the developers for some reason. There might be an option to enable an FPS counter in the game. Google is your friend here.
