So I've had the pulsefire haste for around almost a year now, and I've been having this annoying issue where the mouse just randomly disconnects out of nowhere since about almost a month ago. My mouse hasn't been damaged in any way, nothing broken, no kinked cables, everything is fine.

Sometimes out of the blue I don't even have to move the mouse in order for it to disconnect, sometimes a short period of time or even it lasting for 5s+. I've installed the latest firmware, changed ports, factory resetting the mouse, etc.

I've looked on forums on reddit that seem to have the same exact problem, some only disconnecting when fast movement occurs, some having the same as mine (not having to even move the mouse to get a dc). People have even said after getting replacements about 1-3 times the problem still occurs.

Does anyone know why this problem occurs and how to resolve this issue.

(I’ve noticed dirtiness inside of the mouse since it is a honey combo shell, I doubt that’s the issue but what do I know)

I've got the same mouse and have yet to run into those issues.

I hope you don’t, it’s hella annoying. I am going to try to plug into different usb ports again to try to resolve the issue.

I hope not as well, I've grown to love it.

Ryzen based system?

Hmmm I wonder if that is why both Amazon and Best Buy have cut its price in half, from $50 to $25.

It is odd that a wired mouse would lose connectivity like that. I would try it on a different computer.

I will try on a spare laptop I have, see if I get any problems

Yes, it is ryzen based

I've fixed it, after swapping to a usb 3.0 port I don't have any disconnecting problems that I've faced yet. Everything now is running completely fine with the mouse. Here's some other methods to try if USB swapping doesn't work for you:
Updating firmware on the mouse
Updating bios if plugged into the mobo
Updating windows

Great! I am glad you got it sorted out and thanks for coming back and reporting your findings. :)
