All icons and folders disappeared(Solved)

Yeah so last night my PC hung on shutdown it was “finished” so I hit the power button. This morning it asked for a disk check, I let it. But now every icon is gone.
I’ve tried rebuilding icon cache no results, virus scan is clean. I’ve tried system restore but it just seems to be in a loop to nowhere.
Basically everything works but there’s no icons anywhere.

Check that drive out and make sure it is ok.

Try running the "sfc /scannow" from an administrative command prompt and see if it finds and fixes any missing or corrupt files.

If you try everything and can't get it right... try doing a repair of windows.

Yeah I did. It’s the entire system not just the desktop. There are no icons anywhere.

Okay I fixed it. I use Windows Tweaker to remove shortcut arrows. Turning the, back on seemed to fix it
