Amazon item return ( how does it works )

Maybe i wasn't clear enough in my first post.
My point was, what if someone returns the Game but keep a copy of the code.

One there's nothing they can do. That code may get voided once returned to Origin or it may not. They take the loss on it anyways. Then again, don't be surprised the game may disappear from your games list. Then again It may not. They don't have a proper return system like Steam.

Into the package i sent to them i added a note where i wrote to make sure that the Game is removed from my account.

One time I had a random game added to my account. I notified them and they refunded me and told me to keep the game.

A month has already passed and the game hasn't been removed from my game list, it seems like Amazon wont do anything about it, at this point i assume that i am just wasting my time

If you already got your money back, there's nothing else you can do. You already did your part in telling them to get the game off your account. If they can't do that, then they just screwed themselves over.

Hello everyone.

A week ago or so i preorder a game (FIFA22) which i got delivered yesterday, played/tested it for a few hours and i wasn't happy, so only option is to return it, thing is that i had a doubt about how it works returning a game which is just an empty Box with a code inside.
So, because i am an Amazon customer for over 10 years and i am a serious person i called Amazon and explained/tell them that i was thinking to return the Game but before i wanted to know how would they deal if i was someone else who was willing to return the Game but before copy the code and then send the box with the original code back.
They couldn't give an answer, i've explained my point to 5 different guys from customers service and still nothing, they just told me that they understand my point and that if i want to return the Game i have every right to do so.

What do you people think about this?

Go to account settings -> My orders -> find relevant order -> return or refund items button -> follow instructions/guidlines (answers to any questions you can possibly have are here).

The people who you were talked were probably stumped thinking "Why is this person asking me this?"
