Should of read release notes. These drivers are for certain 4k series and below.

AMD said:
Issue Description:
We’ve recently identified an issue where some of our legacy graphics products are producing certain artifacts in Diablo III and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim with our latest release of AMD Catalyst™ 12.4. This issue affects users of ATI Radeon™ HD 2400, 2600, 2900, 3400, 3600 and 4500 graphics cards.

Resolution:
This issue has now been addressed with the AMD Catalyst 12.4b hotfix driver. Users of the ATI Radeon HD 2400, 2600, 2900, 3400, 3600 and 4500 graphics cards should download this hotfix driver.

Not a big deal, I got 12.4 re-installed and sitting good. Didn't bother finding release notes, just clicked on his download link, lol. Lesson learned.

Also, erocker, do you never sleep or is it multiple people who use the same account?

I sleep at night. It's afternoon time. :D
