ESD screws up stuff too (your fault), if a lga socket has burnt or bent pins it can cause issues. Contacts in a pcie slot could be bad too.

Stop wasting your and our time, replace the card or go pester another forum and waste more time there. The die has degraded. Replace it.

Replace your mobo and psu too.

I have been using this card since 1 years everything everygame and every driver on every window was working fine before

Someone cheat me and sold me out this card
It worked Fine for a Year how is that cheating you You bought a Used Card with no Warranty

So we are to then presume you tried another /replacment card and it has the same issues?
My another card MSI HD 6570 1GB 128Bits had shown me same issue yesterday

wont you believe that i have been using this card for three years so why ?
Same Fault /Failure with Different Cards Kinda indicates you problem lays with Motherboard (Slot maybe ) or PSU or a combination of both
I would examine the Graphics card('s) gold Fingers for Surface damage/burning/pitting which may show bad contacts resulting in power overdraw/burning.
