AMD Juniper Early Specs Surface

Even if nvidia makes a deficit, they still have shareholders investing thus, in the end they make revenue...

Yeah, but revenue and profit are too different things. Investors want to earn their money back and then some. You can't count investments in your profits even though it is technically money coming into the company, it just doesn't work that way. Its like you counting a loan as income. Yeah, you got money from the loan, but it is not really your money.

Nvidia still makes the bulk of its money through produce sells for large computer distributers like Dell and HP. ATI use to earn the bulk of its money through sell of the image controllers in LCD TV's. I still think they may a lot of money there now.

If these are faster than a 4890 I'll grab a couple and a p45 board.

on paper these do seem to be either on par or faster than the 4890/gtx285. and at a sub $200 price tag, these seem like the real winner if released before the year is done.

but its a wait and see game, we really dont know how these will perform.
but we do know they will be better than the 4770/4850

Shareholders' "faith" will run out if nVidia keeps selling their graphics cards at a loss.
