A lot more fake but why does that matter. Is it a contest? Amds msrp are laughably fake period, you don't need to drag nvidia into this.

What exactly is wrong with 8 pin power connectors? They have been with us for a long time. This sounds like the anti ATX sized MBS vs Mini ITX argument.

With bigger cards that require multiple connectors it's just a mess. For example my corsair hx was a good psu but the cables were horrible and having to manage 3 of them for the 3090 made for a bad experience.

I'm not saying it's a contest, I'm just saying there isn't any need to single out AMD for their prices while you've been defending Nvidia for their overpriced 8GB card.
How is it bad?
Yes the market leader having a near monopoly causes the rest of the market to increase prices, because they have complete control over the market. AMD isn't going to be a charity when it's Nvidia that has ruined the market with greed and planned obsolescence.

Whats stopping amd from lowering prices besides their greed? Nothing. In fact amd is defacto greedier, since as you just said, Nvidia is selling. Amd isn't, yet they keep pushing prices higher, lol.
