AMD Software Adrenalin 22.8.1 Released

You ever think to try the Radeon Pro For Enterprise drivers or submit a bug report? (They do get fixed)

Those are more stable if heard but if not tried them yet cos i never felt like needing those, they do not have noise supression yet either i assume and only release few times per year i believe.

Im pretty sure they ignore my bug reports cos they did not download my dump yet, via bug report.

These drivers have been great so far really enjoying this game.

Give it time, patience is a virtue

If reported decal flickering in doom eternal for a long time since last year it there is no way they read my reports feels like they decided to ignore all of mine cos this never got fixed.

I just updated my kids PC with this. His rig is an i7 920/12GB/RX580 and he's playing Far Cry 6 @1080p. Crazy.

*edit*
Meanwhile, my older boy, who I gave my Ryzen 5800/16GB/RTX 3080 rig to for his birthday, is playing Minecraft. I think I gave the wrong kid the right computer, and the right kid the wrong computer. :kookoo:

I saw no real difference between ultra nightmare and nightmare apart from the flickering that is so just leave it on nightmare and be happy

Fact is that has direct impact means there is a problem setting it to nightmare does not mean it go's fully away there is a issue with decals regardless however it has visible impact during the intro

His Adrenaline drivers hadn't been updated in probably 2 years, and Far Cry 6 was nearly unplayble. It just bought Santa the 6 months he needed. ;)

this may not be an AMD problem though it could be the games dev problem after all it is a Bethesda game and you know what their QA is like just about every game they put out is usually screwed up in some way or another

Noticed during testing 22.8.1 in Zereth mortis my gpu would boost consistently 2,5 ghz while on 22.5.1 it only go's 2,3 to 2,4 ghz unless i alt tab with it in the background then it boost 2,5 ghz
