AMD Trinity APU-powered Notebook Shown Running Deux Ex: Human Revolution

Let me then....

Where's Bulldozer, let alone Piledriver?

It's pretty glaringly obvious both Intel and AMD are ramping up the publicity now. It's starting to look more and more like the ATI Nvidia wars where one company is close to release and the other starts saying, yeah but look what we got coming just after.

It's getting tedious and counter productive. I know I'll probably skip 2011 and just get an IvyBridge next year. If I were on AMD, I'd probably be asking, when's PD out cos I might just skip BD.

I totally agree with you . All this fluff and PR marketing and NOTHING at all to show for it . I have 2 grand to spend and I think I can hold off for ivy bridge as well that will have 3d transistors on it ! I am really sick of all this crap from AMD right now . LOOK at what we have coming out and look at this and that ! I have seen 4 things from AMD but NOT ONE product !

Can we just ban AMD news till they have the product out and on store shelves PLEASE ? !

Hey trickson. Why don't you do the adult thing and just not click on AMD news if it upsets you so badly.
The rest of us aren't getting all hot and bothered, so there's no need to ban NEWS from the NEWS SECTION.

Sorry if this was off topic. Tired of all the crybabies.

wouldn't it be more fitting for AMD to run Duke Nukem Forever in their demo's?

just look at the name. trinity devastator :D
like some attack from Prototype XD

its like.

intel uses sand bridge + GPU

AMD uses trinity devastator.

intel stutters.

Now that's a name I could get behind.

But , what is the resolution ? details ? filters? Would be important to know this information to draw conclusions . Only "run Deus Ex" doesn't say much.......althought obviously is an important fact for APUs

its normal 1366*786. see the video to know more.

all i see is an image of the game's main menu. that doesn't really tell us it can actually run the thing well. tho if i remember correctly there are 400 shader cores clocked at 600 on the current high end apu, so i see no reason why this would have any less. should be able to handle it ok on med settings i'd think.

still... come on AMD! If you want to show use how these perform, post a short vid with fraps in the corner... is that so hard to ask? it doesn't even have to be hd, or very long... just something that shows the game settings and fps.

This could be very, very nice for a nettop. mITX board+Trinity DEVASTATOR+Antec ISK300 *drools*

Hoping that they keep the TDP low.
