Do this analog controllers meant to press on it?

They should do if it's based on the full xbox controls and the buttons would be labled L3 and R3 if i remember right

I don't know their labels but pressing down on the analog sticks are definitely recognized as separate buttons.

and see it for yourself.

With the pad pluged in, you can also go to device and printers then you should see your pad and then you can right click on it, then click on Game Controller Settings and this box will come up.

If you then click Properties this box will come up and will let you test all the buttons.
