They should do if it's based on the full xbox controls and the buttons would be labled L3 and R3 if i remember right
 
I don't know their labels but pressing down on the analog sticks are definitely recognized as separate buttons.

With the pad pluged in, you can also go to device and printers then you should see your pad and then you can right click on it, then click on Game Controller Settings and this box will come up.
