Apparently you can get the original bios here at the following link. It's some sort of mining forum, you need to sign up, cant say if its original legit tho, as im not a member.

this GPU has dual Bios' doesnt it?
if yes, save it before you jack it, or do anything else.

Give this a try, you can possibly push the memory clocks to 2175mhz from what I am reading, but I have not got your card to test that. I have left it at a safe 2100. I can tweak that further depending on what you get on your end. This BIOS has zero power mods done to it as of yet. Please update me on how it works and I can tweak those.

What driver are you using?
If that didn't change hashrate at all you either aren't using the correct driver at all, or you are not in compute mode.

I pm'd you a couple drivers to see if it fixes this for you. That isn't normal and might be a sign of instability. If it is I can iron it out in the BIOS.
