Any way to spoof a RX 6600 as a NVIDIA card capable of RTX to specific apps?

Right now, I'm trying to run the Atomic Heart 2019 RTX tech demo. This also happens on the Reflections demo.
The GPU we have should be capable of ray tracing fine, and the Atomic Heart 2019 RTX tech demo doesn't require DLSS. It seems to be a artificial limitation given that a RX 6600 has the hardware for ray tracing. Here is the error it shows:

I'm not aware of any way to totally spoof the vendor and then also have 3d applications work and send your GPU all the right calls, I'd go as far as to say I think it's highly unlikely that it's possible for this to work and get the outcome you seek.

All I would like to do is run these tech demos, so any other suggestions on how to make them run would also be appreciated.

Edit: It seems to be GameWorks at it again with this..

A few hours later, I found out something: NVIDIA encrypted the content .pak files for these demos, meaning I can't just extract them and (maybe?) load it into a new project, build it, and in theory get them to work.

In other words, can't do that, so I'm going to keep trying to figure this out.
