I have an old (old!) P4 rig (Specs in my specs tab) among my systems and I want to give it the ability to offload HD decoding and also allow me use it as a computer a guest can use so he/she/it can get fragged by me in a plethora of relatively modern MP games :nutkick:

I tried to find a review of the card, but could not find any. There are plenty reviews of the PCI-E version with GDDR3 memory, but I can't find even a review of a PCI-E version with GDDR2 (Those cards exist and a review of one would be good enough to know how the AGP version will perform).

Anyone has any experience with the said card ? I am not expecting huge performance, but I'd like it run modern games on low to medium settings (The CPU will struggle anyway) and the AGP HD3850 is far, far, far too expensive here to even consider it.

Thanks !

I picked the card up today. I'll benchmark the P4 with the HD3650 and post some results when I have a little spare time from all the damned university workload and my job...
