No cpu worked fine before it went to the buyer then buyer got it and claimed the smd was off and it did not post on his set up so im still waiting it back to me.

Then the buyer broke it. Maybe next time take a photo before you sell. That way if anything is broken, then you can prove it was not that way when sent. Maybe the buyer swapped it for his faulty CPU.

No such thing as a repaired CPU, you could get a new one under warranty only

Which you wont with a failed delidding

Pretty sure (100%) that Deliding of any CPU regardless of manufacturer will automatically void your warranty instantly so you'll be buying a brand spankin new one
and if you watched the video above then you'll see just how hard it can be to resolder those tiny little SMD's and harder still if you've screwed the pad

Delidding is a modification, modding is not covered, not even the automobile industry does.

That's kinda important information to have shared with us

Was it you or that user that delidded it and broke the SMD off?

I damaged the cpu and willing to pay to repair but dont know Intel will do that? Anyone here has experience with that? Its the smd was torn off when I delidded.

Suggests it was the OP who did the damage.
