just formatted and im looking for the tcpip.sys patch to change max half open connections in win xp sp2. if anyone has a copy or knows where to get id be grateful cheers
 
I think its just a dos commade, I don't think you need to download anything.
 
install a recent version version of bitcomet , then change tcpip from the
preferences.

Everything from XP SP2 and on requires the patch, prior to SP2 it was just a registry tweak,

tbh as i said i just formatted and have tried the latest bitcomet, i think it sux imo lol maybe cause i was used to 0.71 but this is for another thread me thinks ;)

dont fix it if its broken i say
