Was looking for pc parts online when i came across was is made to look like MX 6 paste from arctic, with the box showing arctic.de, but colors/design is different,
as well as its missing the logo on product and package.

would love to know if this is the same (genuine) paste, or a complete fake (not just packaging).

EDIT
temu removed the item after i reported it.

Do not buy ANYTHING from that scamming, spamming chinese Temu company, it's all trash, I once used it, still get 10 emails a day offering free this and 90% of that, they are a disgusting company, avoid like the plague, worse than Nigerian princes with their constant scam and spam emails, why even consider it, it's like what $5 anyway?

BTW couldn'tt see the item in question as it took me to a login/signup prompt page before I could get to it, kinda proves my point

Temu? It would be real news if you found a legitimate product sold there.

they have enough stuff thats identical to whats sold in other places, as well as stuff, where i know i dont care (e.g. anti cat/bird spike mats arent better from name brands).

besides, never said i wanted or bought it, things like pc hw, i buy only from the companies directly/authorised sellers.

@Divide Overflow
was just interested to see if its actual MX paste (just) repackaged, or a fully fake. lots of things are made in "one" plant, and i could be proper paste (very small chance tho).
e.g. at least for a while, all japanese made LSD nimh were panasonics, even if labeled/sold differently (brand), and why i bought the cheapest i could find.

If it's just out of pure curiousity buy some, will likely be some generic paste you get with cheap CPU coolers, nothing wrong with them per' se but if it was a from a consumer POV just pay the extra $3 and get the real deal :rockout:

aliexpress and temu sell fakes and brands, I would not trust as real. they even counterfeit their own home brand xiaomi.

ive pulled back far from buying from there. the buying experience there is not consistent. its mostly "ok" but it always feels like a gamble. their pictures are always photoshopped perfectly. specs over inflated. size shown bigger or smaller then it is. and im fed the heck up. I also much prefer to buy the real deal or even a step down in quality but that its legit. I also much prefer to buy from amazon because the customer service is far superior.

got a pair of brake pads for my motorcycle. with aliexpress and temu, its standard afair, I have to setup my tripod and record myself opening the box and what I get because its always a gamble. so when I get scammed with broken pads I can send "proof" im not scamming them.

they even say "send us a video for proof". "send us proof, youre not scamming us, scamming you first"

its a crepy experience. now when you talk to someone in chat, its an ai bot. you can curse it and nothing will happen.

their "coupons and codes" are worthless, a joke and never work. "3 cents back if your item didnt arrive after 60 days" wow what a deal. I hope it doesnt come in 60 days so I can reap the benefit of the 3 whole cents. and so many fake tracking.

theres more fake sellers then legit there. the search engine is broken and overall the website is so laggy. amazon all the way. for returns, I select "return", pack it up and drop the item near my gym in a locker, get my money back within 3 days. its a different level of experience.

temu and aliexpress are horrible. and temu had issues with hacked cc numbers

Temu's motto is shop like a millionaire, and I was like (cheap)

They make Etsy legit, yes I've bought split mandrels on there in 21 and still use them today.

it didnt prove your point (login), its because they had already removed the item, as i wanted to see if the link i copied was correct.

@inquisitor1
knew most of that/expected (most) of the rest, before i made an account, there are enough things i can order there, where im not worried if nots not exactly as stated,
while avoiding the "trouble" ordering from amazon.

amazon and/or seller) doesnt want to ship half of its stuff to me (island), or its ridiculous pricing (250E for a ~135E case), that still doesnt include my cost of prime/shipping,
and amazon isnt even much faster, as everything getting here is done by post office/3rd party, and not amazon, so quickest stuff is ~1 week, unless its located in a warehouse near the (mainland) coast.

since i moved here +3y, i have lost more money with amazon orders (stuff delivered somewhere else, or even "destroyed" by shipper for lack of finding my address) because amazon doesnt sell the item directly, only 3rd party, and you end up getting the runaround between the 2.

in short:
amazon/online orders in places like central EU or N.A., arent always the same for others.

Ali is good for certain kind of things and then nope for the rest.
It really depends what are you buying.

My family is using Ali for many years now for various but mostly small stuff that we either can't buy around here or its way more expensive and with those we did not have too many issues.
Like I've got sent the wrong item only once and after contacting the seller he resent the right one to me.

I do not buy PC hardware from Ali but my brother has his entire custom loop parts ordered from there and its working with zero issues for years now. 'mostly Bykski and Barrow parts'

The original GD 900 was also a very solid thermal paste from Ali like about on par with MX 4 tho I'm not sure how the new batches perform. 'I did have that GD 900 on both of my CPU and GPU before buying MX 6 locally but tbh it was completely unecessary.'
