After I did this patch upgrade I was satisfied with the sound and the fact that I don't need to go through hell to find an OEM Audigy SE CD to get my rights to Equalizer back.

But I noticed a problem the other day when playing music, I scrolled up and down in Firefox and the sound got choppy, no matter what the music player or video player. It's like Windows 95 with an ISA sound card all over again!

the sound getting choppy during scrolling and loading things up is because your overclock isn't receiving enough volts. And no, I'm not making that up. I can run 3.2Ghz @ 1.3V, however all my sound is choppy when on the internet and running apps. However another dab of volts up to 1.32 and everythings fine.

Just add a touch more voltage, you'll be fine.
