Hi, I am new at the forum, please help me out.
I need to ask you PC Gurus what is wrong with my PC.
I can only get 30-40 FPS on APEX legends even with low settings
When I check the CPU, GPU and RAM while playing other than GPU non of them using its capacity %100
Only GPU working at %100

My config:
INTEL i7 2600k
ASUS rx508 8GB OC
KINGSTON 1600Mhz 8GB

Note: I check the bios version of graphics card and it is in original version(not bitcoin farming bios version)
Below link is the link the guy who uses almost same config as mine and he have normal FPS rates even in HIGH settings.

Hi and welcome to TPU, if you would please fill out your system spec's in your profile , that can help others to help you , and also stops helpers passing by due to lack of info.

Start with the basics , check whats running in the background , stop it all and retest.

download HWINFO64 and run it , logged to a file. it itself will cause a light hicup in game every now and again but your running it short term so bare with that, monitor temps of everything , especially gpu and cpu, if one of them is hitting it's max then it will be throttling to a lower speed.

Is the pc clean, could it do with having a good clear out, dust and hair bung up aircoolers.

if it is clean and running hot , or Anyway can you set your gpu fan to run at a higher speed, say max just for testing and see if that helps, and let us know.

The person on the video is using 2 RAM modules instead of just one, that gives him a small performance boost compared to a single stick.
Also check if you have specific driver settings, for example forcing the game to a high level of antialliasing.

What do you get with high settings?

The dude in the video has his GPU pegged at 100. Also depends on whats running in the background and resolution.

That is normal.

That said, what CPU is the guy in the video using? Your CPU is quite old and could be leaving some FPS on the table if you play at 1080p... Overclock the CPU and see if that helps.

EDIT: I see 2700K. It is a bit faster... but...

Hii I saved all my hardware to my profile.
Closed everything and got the log but I couldnt notice anything awkward.
Here is my log (.csv file) while running the game attached below.

thank you for your kind response :)

sorry for the confusion I have 2x4gb rams installed ,how can i check the driver settings for anti alliasing, but the gap is not small it is 50fps diff
thank you for your respond

with some luck or power of restart Gods it turned out i get 40 to 55 fps at high settings, but weirdly with lowest settings i get the same fps. even though i didn't set the desired fps setting in the game.

even though set it to 70 it doesn't go there and there is no program running on the background and we have same resolution :(

So, keep it on high settings, compared to low settings which you've tried you're losing no FPS and gaining a much nicer looking gameplay.

Also it's not 50fps difference, I noticed the FPS in that video did go as high as 100fps when he was in menu or looking down etc though in actual scene with action it was hovering around 75-80fps, still somewhat off your's I agree though not as big a margin as you might think.

Overclock your 2600k if it's at stock as you will likely be hitting a bottleneck.

Your RAM is really kinda slow even by DDR3 standards, have you tried to see if you can run at higher than 1333?

Do a complete uninstall of your GPU drivers using DDU and do a clean install with the latest drivers.

Make sure you have the latest motherboard chipset drivers installed, go to the MFR website for your motherboard and check.

Make sure Windows is up to date, check for updates.

You only have 8GB RAM, close down ALL non essential apps and services before you start your game.

Looks like your iGPU is on and being used occasionally according to the .csv file. Go into your bios and disable it. You're really stretching your system RAM as well considering it's slow and at the minimum requirement for the rest of your setup.

Nice find.

Yeah better in bios than in windows hardware properties.

Apart from the very good spot by @erocker which I could confirm by looking at your GPU usage that dives to 0% in some brief moments, I would say you need to FPS cap your game, either with (adaptive) vsync or a frame limiter. 75 FPS seems about right, you only duck under in the hardest bits. This will also allow your GPU to get some breathing room.

*I see you have a 60hz display. Cap FPS at 60.

Thank you for noticing the problem, however when I got into device manager there is no integrated GPU as you can see at the screenshot.
So I thought if I update the motherboard drivers I can detect the iGPU so than I can disable it, however when I checked the Asus`s site the driver can be installed as far as Win8 64bit, there is no option for win 10.
Than I tried to update the motherboard(P8Z68-V LE) on device manager with the option ``search for updates`` it said its already up to date.
So I am stuck again. :D
Note: I am thinking about at least updating bios, because it says it is independent from OS, however I do not know how.

I am currently playing at high settings because performance wise it gives same fps with low ones.
Thought about overclocking CPU but as I saw from CPU sensors they are always %50 loaded while I am playing but dont know maybe increasing the clock freq do the trick
As you can see from the log file RAM s are also not loaded fully, there is 3GB of available memo but are you saying their frequency is the issue? if that so I want to be certain before buying new ones, is there a way to confirm it?
Just formatted the PC so all the drivers(at least the ones that I can find) are freshly installed.

FINAL EDIT: All the guys thank you very much for your kind help. Finally I installed the motherboard bios even though I could not install the drivers. Than disabled the iGPU, now my system works great(at least for me :D ) between 55 to 60 FPS. Again thanks a lot, loved so much your willingness to help.
