I know this is a dumb ass question, but is there anyways i can crossfire my ryzen 3200g with my rx 580 ?

Nope that 3200G is Vega and 580 is Polaris. Regardless of that the last APU that AMD could do with a GPU was the 7870.

Now you can get a 5700 and unlock to XT.

Even though I know they are faster I lost interest in the 5700s as soon as I saw they don't support crossfire.

Everything has went to mgpu and the game launcher has to support it. Which is near 0 now, they dont care because focus of game devs is consoles...

cant you do it with a dx12 application that can pool resources? but only programs that are made to utilize it which are not many.
