Everytime I run Aquamark3 it stops about 1/4 way through with this error:

Thank you, JC316! Works great now and is a score of 53K good for my setup, see specs and the Kingston memory isnt in yet, on 512 stick.
 
No problem and yeah, I would say thats a decent score. I get 80K with my system.
 
well I O/C'ed my proc at 3.8Ghz from 3.0Ghz and O/Ced my X800XL @445 core/540 mem and got 63K. When I get my memory (Hyper X dual channel 2X512MB) will I see a noticeable difference in the score?
 
Yeah it should improve a little more with the added ram.
