AquaMark Crash/Error

I'm trying to bench out my system and I keep getting this aquamark error every time I run it. Does not matter if im at stock everything or overclocked to the wall I always get this error. Any ideas how to fix it?

Now I have serious issues. 7438 in 3dmark03! Can someone tell me what is going on with my system!?

for the AM you need to add this to the folder

and is your pci-e at X16 you can check in cpu-z

4k in 3dmark05 same score i got with my 3ghz p4 and 9600xt!

I get 4k in 3DMark01.

Anyway, use an older dirver, and see if that solves your problem.

Well fixed the errors in 3dmark, my card was overclocked too high.

100k in aquamark.
