Are the PCIe slots working correctly on my mobo?

Hi guys.

I just noticed that my video card is only working at PCIe x8 2.0, where I know that my motherboard supports x16 2.0

I have the video card in the top slot. Any idea what could be causing it to be only running at x8 rather than x16?

in most cases bend pin in PCI-E connector, rarely BIOS.

Thanks. I just reseated it and it's back to x16. That was an easy fix.
